I got this pen a few weeks ago and am waiting for a moskito bite ever since. Therefore I can not say how well it works. Assume it works well, should I not post an update. positives: fast charging with integrated battery and a C-type charger (provided), two settings, blue for low heat, red for higher heat. You need to press the button twice to get to red heat. negative: the using manual is in chinese only, I had to go by try and error to figure the settings out. That was fine with me, not with my parter, too impatient. I like the pen and if it works as well as the ones sold in pharmacies I will buy more, time will tell. Haven’t tried it on a bug bite yet, but it warms up and vibrates. Seems like it provides a sensation to dull the itch, without having to scratch. Definitely worth a shot for pesky mosquito bites!
