I usually do not do reviews, but I love this water dispenser. Does the job better than expected. Push button on, push button off. We use our dispenser with a 5 gal water jug, and it fits perfectly with the jugs plastic cap. I did improve the water collection by adding a metal straw tip (from old rental dispenser) so the tube rests better on bottom of jug. FYI, the water dispenser nozzel, has a very, very small drip at commection. Thinking the seal could be a bit tighter for our unit, but no big deal as our water is outside on lanai. The unit for us (family of 5) needs to be charged (usb) about every three weeks. When plugged in its red, and when fully charged the light turns off.

Does the stuff much easier and use it to full time in House and so far I have gone through two large jugs of 5 gallons and still works fine.
