These are definitely on the smaller side - I ordered as per the measurements (being generous) and although my feet technically fit into them they crumple my toes. Definitely go up a size if in doubt. The pu is soft but the packaging does have a strong chemical smell. It fits us 9 just fine. definitely for narrow/normal feet, if you have wide feet size up.
