I instead thinking it was a tool more practical, that with one gesture could apply the adhesive tape and cut it. But it is not so. It is an inexpensive device that does not allow professional operation.

Delivered quickly. The principle is clear (insert a circle, blow the tape adhesive side down between white and black rollers, slightly pull out the black roller and glue). Cut off the tape without problems.
