My main purpose for purchasing this device was the ability to quickly connect and setup ISP modem and wireless routers at home using smartphone or tablet without bringing laptop to every device. I connected this device to Samsung Galaxy A71 and my ISP modem using OTG USB adapter and after testing, the results I got were accurate. Works with Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 Lite too. There's a photo attached with some tests that I have done with this device. If you want broad compatibility then look for devices that use the following chips from ASIX and Realtek: AX88179, AX88772, RTL8152. These chips also may come with either A or B version. I read that AX88772B is compatible with Nintendo Switch while for AX88772 there are mixed reports. I read that RTL8152 is compatible with Xiaomi Mi Box S so my assumption is that version A or B is compatible as well. There's SR9900 chip but I don't know about it's compatibility due to no useful feedback available so I wouldn't purchase it.

Work perfectly, both in PC with Windows 10 (is recognized as Realtek USB fe family Controller) as in Samsung Galaxy A01 running Android 11 (one UI Core 3.1) through a cable/OTG adapter. Not know if was any limitation on the device or us but managed to achieve maximum 65mbps (~ 8.125 MB/s) copying a file directly local network for mobile, but is more than enough where will use the adapter.

Ordered in two different stores this and another cheaper for 50 rubles. Came at the same time, but the overpayment is worth it. The adapter came well packed in a paper envelope with a navel, inside was a box with a device. In the photo you can see the difference with a cheap analog.
