i didn't try original so not sure how to compare but this one seems to do it function. There is cable for USB charging and there is a waterproof plug on the device - so according to the description is waterproof. The intensity can change to be strong. I feel buzzing on my face like vibractions. Hope i have nice skin :) thank you. I think I will order again for my husband he want it also. Shipping like 2 weeks.

The cleansing brush corresponds fully to the description. It took about a month to be delivered to Slovakia. Cleansing brush came packed in a plastic box with charging cable. Instructions are in English on back of the box. It came pre charged which was pleasant surprise. I´ve already tried it and everything works just fine. All and all I´m very satisfied. Thank you :)
