The only complaint is in relation to refill it already came within the filter as was crumbling, not know whether some impact in shipping or because it was worn. This wear affect the water quality filtered as thought nor paid when the Test quality water and was not expected. Then decided to change the refill and redo the water quality test. And, yes, works! The water is pure and alkaline, no chlorine or toxic metals. Recommend the product and the store.
