Great. I had purchased some Dura Ace spare cogs before in the past but they were not that cheap. These are inexpensive at less than 20% of the cost of a full new cassette for three. I find however that generally cassettes wear out from the smaller cogs, both because I use them more and because, being small, there is more wear. So in a sense I can renew my cassette for only 20% of the cost of a new cassette. There was one issue. The very worn cogs made by Shimano continued slightly offset spiral pattern of the larger cogs butt these three seem to be offset in the opposite direction, or randomly! But they change gear okay and my smallest cog no longer slips. So I am very happy and would recommend the cogs to all those that are not really into having instant gear shifts. I have not noticed any increase in shifting time. For me they are great. I have uploaded photos of the new cogs from this listing, old cogs, a Shimano new cassette, and the cassette with these cogs.
