I measure 160cm, I wear between a European size S/M, in pants size 36/38, I have hips rather wide and it's a little difficult to put on the dress because the material is not elastic at all. The slit of the dress does not see much, the sleeves tighten a little. The material is not transparent! A wonderful dress exactly as in the photo. The material is thin, bright underwear can shine through. To the body does not stick, but in the heat may not be the most comfortable.
