Checked, everything matches the description, everything works, the frequency is adjusted up/down by two buttons simultaneously for 3 channels, the importance of the pulses is changed by individual buttons the module is packed in an antistatic bag, a good product, a reliable seller.

this is incredible for $5! the frequency is accurate to about 1%, the duty cycle is off by a fair amount though. All 3 channels share a frequency and offer individual duty cycle control. the waveform is clean with no ringing, tops out at 150khz.
