Good enough to use for event or to wear daily on the streets or to work if you can. Moderate or slightly bigger poof, suitable for lolita dresses and skirts IF YOU ARE TALL. I am 180cm tall and wear skirts 55cm long from waist to hem and I have waist size 86cm, hips 108cm and it fits me perfectly. When I put the waistband to my true waist it ends just at my knees, see photos. Waistband is comfortable, could stretch bit more, I think total max 93cm real waist measurement.
