Arrived disassembled (but easy assembly). Took 5 weeks to arrive to New Zealand. As a children’s toy it is very good. After reading other reviews I was expecting to work, which it sort of does, but I would caution other buyers not to expect too much - it is just a toy. My 4yo will love it. Realistic toy for 220₽. I really like the appearance. At last Boys also make stethoscopes, and they are not of terrible pink plastic. Came in disassembled form, the design is very simple, it is assembled easily. You can hear the heart. In the ears does not hurt, at least in comparison with plastic

Quite suitable for playing a doctor. In size as real, heart beat can be heard. The only negative that to me, that my daughter is very hurt in it ears. We can not stand more than a minute, immediately pull out.
