I wear a size 4/5 pants, I am 5’6” and 125lb. My measurements are: waist 28”/71.12 cm. Hips 36”/91.44cm. A small to medium usually fits me in the USA. I ordered a medium and they fit ok they are not super tight. If you are from America I would suggest ordering your normal size. Very soft and very comfortable. The material is really thin but I just bought them to sleep in so they are perfect for me.
