They are steel ball bearings that can be used as seller described. They even come in a bonus plastic bag to keep them all together. I purchased by mistake as I thought they were magnets due to them appearing in my search results for rare earth magnets. (& me not reading details before purchasing). I have a use for them as ball bearings, but was concerned about mistakenly importing something sold as ammunition in the description. Seller responded quickly to confirm they were actual value bearings, and shipped that way.
