First of all the hair is packaged nicely. The hair is soft and true to length, thick all the way down to the ends. I co washed the hair before installation and I’ve had it in 1 month and have gotten no tangles and no shedding . I maintain the body wave texture by putting it in 4 braids at night . The seller is very sweet and professional and responds really fast.
