Arrived disassembled (but easy assembly). Took 5 weeks to arrive to New Zealand. As a children’s toy it is very good. After reading other reviews I was expecting to work, which it sort of does, but I would caution other buyers not to expect too much - it is just a toy. My 4yo will love it. Quite suitable for playing a doctor. In size as real, heart beat can be heard. The only negative that to me, that my daughter is very hurt in it ears. We can not stand more than a minute, immediately pull out.
