It's exactly the same as in the photo, it takes super little to get there and comes nicely packed. It's very soft and fit many things. Apart from how comfortable and simple it is to carry. It's fantastic 10/10. I didn't have to talk to the employees because there was No problem in the shipment or when I got it. this bag is really cute! Reminds me of the big kuromi bag i got bc the inside is the same like a satin/polyester feel. Has a snap close and no engraving on the back. The pink is pretty pale but still cute. Mine came with dirt inside the package luckily not stained on the purse but keep that in mind. Altamente raccomandato!
