Second time i order this, now for family. It's a happy little panda that smiles at you while you wash the dishes :3 !! Shipping took about a week and a half. Packaging isn't great, but it's not a product that's likely to break. Plastic is fine, suction cup does it's job. It's really nice to have this in or, if you have tiles, near your sink. no loose wet sponges laying around. definitely recommend
