Arrived in under 2 weeks. Item works perfectly. Only snafu was my own. Must have changed the colour or some other option before ordering and accidentally chose the EU plug. Fortunately this was replacing a pre-existing charger that broke at the tablet connector end, so just swapped the power cables over. Works for Surface Pro 3 if anyone wants to know.
