I got the garter with hancuffs. I was very happy with the purchase. Good quality, sturdy leather. Smells and fits very nicely. I was pleased that the S size corresponds to the measurements, no need for adjustment. I recommend this shop!!

The product looks exactly like the images. The waistband and cuffs are a little bit big for me, but it works well. Would be nice if there were a few more holes in the waistband to fit smaller sizes too.
