I ordered a gray one but got a black one instead. they were quick to reply and give me a refund or a replacement. I got hit with PayPal fees at first for the refund but they gave me more money to make up for the difference the visor is good . I haven't worn it outside but the store was great and will reply quickly . thanks for the free visor .

Really very practical. I can tie the hair to the height I want, the visor will fit, unlike an ordinary cap where I was forced to tie my hair always in the same place. The visor is of good quality. Goes very well to the washing machine.
