this is sooo cute !! although the quality isnt as good as the picture, it is still very cute and soft !! tried it first time I got it - very warm !! My package was not delivered on my porch though they just put it on the ground in the carpark but I will make sure to leave a note but besides that I'm very satisfied !! No communication. Good quality leggings! Attention however to the length!!!!!! They are shorter than in the picture. If you want to wear them pleated, they will be shorter than on the presentation photo.
