I received the white switch and keycap puller exactly as it's stated in the description. It arrived much sooner than expected, and the packaging was fine. The white color is a nice neutral white, not cool or yellow-ish. It's so much easier to pull keycaps out compared to the standard C-shaped plastic puller that manufacturers include in the package which can damage the sides of keycaps. By having the wires go under the keycaps you can apply even force along its edges with no damage. The switch puller side is also a bit better than the standard metal piece, and it's convenient to have both of them on the same tool. The very end of the switch puller side which clamps into the switch housing's clips is a bit rough, I might sandpaper it down a bit to make it smoother. You can see this on the close-up shot. I wish it was smooth from the get go. But I'm still satisfied with it, especially when you consider big brand shops sell these for 5-10 times the price and it's the same product.

Shipping took much longer than indicated, but the product arrived in perfect condition. Same as the images.
