I am satisfied with the item but I've order 4 and 1 has arrived without plastic bag inside and the ink in this one was slightly shorter than all the rest (less than 5cm) so the ball point pen is shaky when writing. I feel this single one was defective or used item but I will use it anyway since it is usable if I replaced the ink with included refill ink.
