The items sadly didn't arrive, so I cannot comment on the quality or delivery times. This was not the sellers fault, there was tracking but it just stopped updating in the UK. However this seller is great, the communication was friendly and helpful. They refunded me straight away with no problems once we established the items were definitely lost in the post.

The parcel came to Kiev in 27 days since the order. The track is tracked to the arrival in Ukraine, and after 10 days received a notification from the ukrmail. The envelope was sealed in bubble film. Inside the box was a little crumpled. Pencil draws well, thin, not dry. Has a brown-red color. I did not fit a little. It is washed if rubbed or wet.

The goods came, but very long delivery. Ordered 04.07, but received in late September. I haven't tried it yet since I just took it. I tried on my hand, I can say it is difficult, probably it will be persistent.
