I did 1m78 and about 80kg. I took 3XL. The article is perfect, can be slightly long but at the top for me. I received it in 7 days. I recommend!

Pants fit super nice and comfortable. Reminder that it has a buckle at the ends of the pants but it doesn’t bother me. Good material as well
