Came fast, was packaged well and works. Looks good and seems well made. Comes with English manual and usb cable in original box. Haven't tried it yet, so İ don't know if it will be effective yet. First impression is good though!

It's very good what if I thought those round tips were moving or something but they're just static and turn on different lights for various purposes and the other flat part vibrates and heats very good
