A couple links about, but better too widely than too tight. Need to return the filling with sand and then turning. Without sand is it me not succeeded.

Used salt to fill. It’s fun to use but I don’t feel it in my abdomen. Will update later with results after some weeks of usage.

Very good. Supplied with a small screw turn, a small meter and explanations in English. I would see the results in 1 month I hope
