Looks exactly as pictured; shipped fast; and feels great on my skin. I love the soft bristles on one side. It feels like the softest fur rather than a brush. Lathers wonderfully, and just feels amazing. The pink massaging side, is also the perfect amount of stiffness for me. And I love using it after the brush. My skin also feels amazing since I started using this, which is the main focal point - I don't feel as oily, seems to be deep cleaning better than my other brushes or washcloths. Thinking of picking up a couple just for spares.
