The item is good but I'm very frustrated about what a customs doing may be - the panties came dirty looking as if somebody has tried them. The inner bag was CUT although it has a zipper on the other side, which really makes me think the package had been open somewhere on the way. Seller, I don't know if you can influence that but it's good that you know it. Anyways, I gave 5 stars to this order because I believe it isn't seller's fault.
