Just had my first trial and I am absolutely loving it!! It's definitely not giving the resolution of a huge/expensive industrial scanner, but is perfect for users like me that's limited on a budget but still expecting a certain level of quality!! I've been watching Youtube videos and searching for such products for a while. Spent some dollars on stuff, and this is by far the most satisfying one!!I will expect some updates on the software though. Took me a while to figure out how to set it up on my MacBook. (...and later on, I found their instruction on Youtube.) The interface and USB mode need extra development but I'm tolerant to a new product like this.Overall I'm extremely satisfied with this purchase. I'll spend more time on the handhold mode and my other projects! I've had a million ideas in my mind. :)

'This scanner works wonderfully! I have a hobby in the Dungeons and Dragons field. This scanner allowed me to take older discontinued figurines and replicate their design, with a few custom touches of my own! The software is easy to locate and the scanner itself is very easy to setup and begin using with my windows PC. The form factor allows for the scanner to fit perfectly next to my 3D printer! Scanning unique objects/prototypes and then replicating them is extremely easy.

The scanner can scan just about anything except dark surfaces such as anything black like a black shirt or dark hair another issue is anything shiny or real glossy because the camera has a strobing light to help scan the object and the light can show glare in the texture of the object all of this Is expected with these types of scanners and can be alleviated by using some scanning spray powder talc or baby powder works

This was my first attempt at 3d scanning and I was skeptical. I've had a 3d printer for a while so I wanted to get a full use out of what I've got. Now I have a mini factory. The matter and form seemed like a good choice, since it has good resolution and the price is better than the other options. I had to scan my object a few times and combine the scans which was fairly quick if you know how to operate the software.

With right lighting, He 3D Ciclop delivers scans that are as great as professional scanners. The software of He 3D Ciclop is even remarkable. I like its practical design and compact folding confirming easy storage. It is a perfect scanner for scanning small objects. Even its hardware construction is pretty good and rotating table is sturdy. Highly recommended for those who are looking for budget friendly scanner!

Since I've been attending the academy and studying sculpture, I've been trying to hone my technique with regard to subject modeling. This is certainly great support for improving your skills. Simply make correct use of it, minimizing the error margin: Approach and correctly focus the object to be scanned, operate with good light, and place the support on a solid support plane. The results are really amazing!

It is an outstanding product. It works as advertised, and while it’s not perfect, gets the job done. It’s difficult enough to find a reliable 3D scanner today that’s affordable, but this one is and easy to use at that. For those reasons we give it our highest recommendation.

I dont know anything about scanning but thought this would be interesting to go along with my 3d printer. Once i had worked out that the tent needed to be upside down and the scanner placed inside with the cover over the top I got amazing scans.

If you are looking for a budget scanner this is the best kit. The scanner comes as a kit and the assembly is pretty simple. It take me around 3 hours to get it working and have scanned 10 objects and output of all of them were really good.

I was excited to start working with my new scanner and it did not disappoint. Superb functionality and accessibility, surprising at such an affordable price point. If you are looking for a high-quality, economical scanner, look no further!

All in all I am very impressed with the details from this small scanner. And the price/high detail cannot be beaten. If you are looking for a scanner this is the one to get!!!

Good for small cup sized objects without many thin or deep cavities, yes I like it & the graphics to print is easy to use. For the price it’s reasonable
