Lottery. Ordered memory on AMD knowing all the nuances 2X8GB 1866MHz. Memory came on Micron chips, and both slats on different chips. Mother ga970a-ds3p FX 8300 defined them as 1600 and installation in the BIOS profile at 1866 leads to reboot. On the product page it is indicated that FX processors and the AM3 + platform do not support this memory at all. Although the AM3 platform (supported from the seller's words) has a max memory frequency of 1600MHz with processors for it. I did not receive a selection of timings and stresses of stable work. On the marking of the chips determined that they are ancient and their maximum frequency is 1600mhz at 1,5V and timings are 11-11-11. I concluded that they sell old restored memory, test, write down any frequencies and do not bother much about it. The SMP memory profile didn't even have 1866. Opened the dispute, the seller denied everything. But it was possible to compensate for part of the amount.

Delivered in 2 weeks, packed slightly carelessly, but quite normal. Corresponds to the description and declared characteristics, works normally 5 days. I order here the fourth set (2 to 8 GB)-like there are no problems yet.
