These cotton skirts are perfect under a dress or skirt, to prevent the dress from sticking to the legs when you have tights. They are very light and pleasant to wear.

Fabric is good light cotton that will breathe, it could've been awesome if it had some give/movement. It is better than satin or polyester though.
