It came super fast and looks exactly like the image. It smells strongly of plastic but it just needs to be aired for the smell to go away so I don't personally see it as a problem. One of my biggest concerns was how it came packed and if the front of the bag was going to be damaged but the seller was really careful with the packaging and it came perfect. It has a very thin film of plastic protecting the front of the bag which is good for extra protection against scratches but it's a bit hard to remove in the edges but then again it's there for protection so I'm glad.

The delivery was very fast, it came two weeks earlier than expected. It was wrapped in air bubbles, protected from damaging, so it came in perfect condition. It looks exactly as in the pictures, nothing was missing. The removable piece that should provide stability to the footing of the cat is too big, and not sturdy enough to provide said stability, but I knew that before ordering, and it’s not hard to replace it. I would suggest air bubbles on the inside of the backpack as well, since it looses it’s form while shipped, but all in all it’s a great buy.

The delivery was 12 days. Very quickly! Everything, as in the description. Packing goods is super! Nothing hurt. I was wrong about the print when ordering, immediately wrote a message to the seller and asked for a replacement. The seller within a couple of hours replied to me, which will replace with what I ask and sent the goods very quickly! Thank you!

A cool bag, though the smell from it is still the one, before you shove an animal there you need to bring it out. The size is normal, 4 kg the cat got in although the space there is a little for it.
