Best Sale 220V 230V 240V No need Controller Water-proof Self Regulating Heating Cable, Prevent Pipe Freeze Heat Trace System
The self-regulating heating cable developed by Minco is widely used in fire protection,
The cable is designed for house water pipe and solar upper water pipe freeze protection requirement in winter, to maintain the water in pipes above 0 centigrade, and do not need a controller.
The cable is very easy to install, suit for metal and plastic water pipes.
We use the pure copper as the conductor, and the PE jacket, it's durable, UV resist, better than PVC jacket.
Voltage: 200V~240V
Power: 17W/m (5W/ft)@10℃
Max working temperature: 60℃
Min installation temperature: -40℃
Start-up current: less than 0.6 A/m
Min. bend radius: @20℃:25.4mm @-30℃:35.0mm
Structure:
1. Pure copper conductor
2. PTC heating element
3. PE insulation

Now buy DWK-J720 heating cable of more than 10 meters, we will give a set of connecting sleeves as gift!!!
2 pcs Heat Shrinkable Sleeves and 2 pcs Copper Tubes for each 10meters
Tips:
the heating cable in this link does not have a sealed end, thank you for understanding.
We have morelengths specifications to choose from:
The self regulating heating cable is widely used for pipe/tank freeze protection, such as water pipe, solar water heater pipe, oil pipe, downspout.
For roof snow melting
tank electric heat tracing
water pipeline antifreeze
road snow melting and other heating applications.
1) Seal the end of the cable with heat shrinkable tube or other electrical insulating tape.
DO NOT connect the two conductors together!
2) Connect the other end with cold wire or plug (for connecting to the power supply).
3) Wrap the heating cable on water pipes or fastening straight on pipes, both are ok. Put the whole cable on the pipes and fasten it every 30~60cm with thermal tape or aluminum tape(sold in my store).
4) Suggest to wrap a layer of rubber insulation on the pipe, enhance efficiency of the heating cable and save energy, also can protect the heating cables.
5) Connect or plug into 200~240V. The heat trace system is finished.

Q:Self Regulating Heating? Best Choice Or Not?
-------Self regulating heating cable controls the temperature is not too high nor too low compared to other heating devices, because the temperature is automatically adjusted. With explosion-proof, all-weather performance, high reliability and long service life. It can solve other difficult issues, such as: long-distance pipeline heat tracing, narrow space heating and so on. May be self regulating heating cable one-time investment is higher, but it is the most economical heating measures in long running.
