Firstly, this was out of stock when I wanted to buy it, and the seller was kind enough to restock it when I enquired. They also updated me consistently; their customer service/communication is A1! Regarding the hair itself, the pony tail is good. I had seen 1* reviews with complaints that the hair isn’t dense or long enough; the ponytail is lightweight but it looks realistic in my opinion and I think it would look fake if it was any denser. Additionally, the 16” is longer than I expected and will give a lot of hang time in a high pony. I recommend and would buy from this seller again

I've bought different ponytail extensions and this is by far my favorite!! Its real human hair, super easy to attach or add to hair. The hair is real soft and true to color. I will be buying again. delivered within 3 weeks. hair was really nice. This was my 1st time trying this one so I was pretty excited to see what it would be like. Glad I purchased and look forward to diff lengths next time. i was able to get it to look really nice and natural! and it does stay in place as long as you're not pulling it off of course lol

This is my first ponytail piece and I love it. Easy to install and matched my hair color and texture (4c). I used mousse to make it look more natural instead of fresh out the box. This was a nice style for my baby shower. Great for last minute and quick styles- Love it!
