First testing was performed on unwanted chicken legs in my soup the scissors did very well to my surprise. The second test was done on trimming stems of roses it was an easy trim. The scissors serves the purpose well. I wish they had more ergonomically improved handles as well as the little notch on the blades could have been bigger to ease the scissors use. However, for the price it was sold, price-quality ratio is great. Would definitely recommend these scissors to buy.
