All OK. The emitter is a Firelight (like in a pocket flashlight :)) there is a driver, in my case, picks up somewhere with 7 volts and normally lights up with 8 volts. Further, the increase in voltage on illumination does not affect. 3000 to not bad, but for the machine, next time I'll take 6000 K-the small details are better visible.

The lamp works super nice. The magnet could have a little bit more strength as but it holds under normal circumstances. Just have to be careful when placing vertical on a casting. It is a great light source on my drill press
