Comfortable to wear and breathing much easier while using with mask. For a certain mask I use, I needed to trim down and cut off loop section but it fitted ok and did not move around without being secured by threading loops through mask.

It's a quality plastic item, it's soft and it doesn't bother anything, it fits in the mouth perfectly, the negative part is that the mask after putting up slightly on the sides, otherwise all good, I recommend.
