Initially I was pretty disappointed with this purchase. I never received any kind of communication, confirmation, status, nothing. I just happened to see it in my mailbox a few weeks after ordering it. I ordered 18" but I received a bag with a 16" sticker on it. While the length was wrong and customer service was non-existent, I ended up liking the wig! I bleached the knots, lifted the color and bleached the tips and it is so pretty...My mom thought it was my real hair, she couldn't tell the difference! Despite it all, I'd get this unit again... hopefully in a correct length next time.

I washed it initially as it had that new smell! But the curl is water activated so if you want that short curly feel without having to do too much. It's easily a throw on and go wig. i love this wig

This hair is so boom!!! One thing I can say about the hair is that when I wet it and stuff it do sheds so that's a reminder but other than that the curls are flawless and the lace is great !
