    tracking and website were inaccurate/contradictory, never received item, but it was showing delivered thru combined shipping. On my items page, it was showing awaiting delivery. had a hard time trying to contact or obtain a refund thru Adafar/seller even tho they say they have a customer guaranteed. opened up a dispute, and it was closed in the sellers favor within 2 days. then opened an appeal and never heard back from them. so had to go through my paypal to obtain refund. If paypal wouldn't have stepped in, I would have paid for an item never received. ali express/seller did nothing to try and fix or work with me on this issue. first time ive had this happen.
