love it. it melts fast and not too much hot so I can put it straight on skin. i used to have another melter compare to this that was rubbish. and the material of beans great. so soft even after cooling down and not too much painful when peeling it from skin. and packing was really good. no damage. highly recommend. came same times as estimated delivery.
