They 've arrived well and quickly. They are transparent but too smoky for my taste. They're stuck for now. I bought them to hang the Christmas lights and ornaments on smooth surfaces. Tiles, pvc, glass. Cleaning with alcohol the area, they stay tight. On walls with paint I haven't tried. I haven't needed to communicate with the seller so I can't value your customer service but I can't comment if I don't put stars.
