All OK. The only thing that might be improved in the description is that the max power is drawn when the device is very cold *only*. Even at room temperature, I measured no more than 20W and this lowered continuously to 2.5W as the device approaches the target temperature. I.e. PTC characteristic means that the power lowers with increasing temerature. So, don't expect to yield a full 30W of heating up to the target temperature. Therefore, it may take a considerable time until the target temperature is reached, especially when there is heat dissipation.
