They just answered the same as two weeks earlier and the did not even notice, that we already had this conversation about resending. I wrote them that tey have promised a resending two weeks earlier and nothing happened. They wrote me that theí have concern sending it again if I am doubting they service. That was enough, i started refund process. They are not scammers, but they are bad on problem solving and communication.

Twenty days to arrive, they come wrapped simply in thin plastic, they seem to be fine, no damage, very nice

the product is of regular quality, they are not perfectly straight, what if the deviation is small.
