I am really satisfied. I had one from the dentist and payed 200 Euro, but it was a hard material and I am not sure, if you harm your teeth below, it was stinky in the morning and it wasn't a good feeling at all. These ones are soft, they cover the teeth and a part of the gum, depend how you form them. I am sleeping with them now one week. And even if they would be broken in a few weeks, what I don't expect, for this price I wouldn't mind. I bought 8 of them. Producing them is a bit funny, you put them in hot water for a few seconds, and then you put them in the mouth (mostly the first one doesn't work....because if they are too long in the water they get too soft...) But in my case I did it right, puted it in the mouth, bite on it, took it out and let it dry. In the night it was a soft feeling, I even didn't spit it out, what I regularly did with the doctors one. I use it for bruxism and not for snoring. I have no idea, if they help for snoring. For Bruxism it helps, I recommend it.

I received today my parcel, and when I opened I saw only 4 small bags in the envelope, and I ordered 8 pieces, I mean 2x times 4 pieces, and I opened dispute because I thought I got only half of my order, and after I opened the small bags and I saw in each have 2 pieces, I canceled the dispute… I didn’t try it now , this is the first time when I ordered something like this. I ordered 24 pieces to share it with my mom and my aunt, all we have bruxism, and this mouth guard really helped a lot! I wear it every night and it's very comfortable, it doesn't disturb your gums and you don't keep ruining your teeth. It took a long time but I wasn't in a hurry. I haven't tried it at night yet because I just did it but it seems to me that it will be fine because I brush my teeth and with this in between I won't tear them apart I have one from today and it's very hard and it hurts. This one is fine but does the function of separating and not rubbing. The seller always answers.

I've dipped it in boing water for 15-30 seconds, took it out of the water, waited a little bit until it was easy to touch, put the mold in my mouth, pressed it against my teeth and bit in it. VERY easy and VERY comfortable to sleep with.

Yes these one are perfect after the boiling water it goes accactly after your size f teeth!!! It feels a lil strange but it uses fast and it’s for nighttime so!
