Very hard to put because the stem is bigger than a normal earring and it's normal since you have to screw the ball. It took me to force strong enough only on one ear because my hole was too small. The 2 sides unscrew, I needed a tweezer to screw the flower well and despite my thin fingers, it was very difficult to screw the ball. Perfect earring for those who lose them all the time.
