    In all the years I've had psoriasis, I have tried so many products that didn't work. I have used this shampoo just once so far & my itchy scalp has already found relief. As far as I can tell the scales on the back/base of my scalp are greatly reduced. There is no coal-tar smell or color, the liquid is clear, unscented & thick enough that it doesn't spill out of my hand as I maneuver it to the back of my head.
