Ordered 4-12 received 4-30 in a multiple orders package. Small fits a size 6-6.5 hand. Fits nice and snug. Perfect for the purpose of keeping the pain controlled on my fingers. The pain just started on all my finger joints but it’s progressing real fast SO I need to buy some more. I strongly recommend.

Small fits a size 6.5 (medical gloves), probably better for a size 6 as it’s just a tiny bit tight on me. These are good as liner gloves.
